For us—it all begins with finding the right location and negotiating a good lease. This is the single most important variable in determining a restaurants long term success; this is where we really shine. Our team has an extensive background in restaurant real estate site selection, design and build.

Consider this, from a real estate perspective only, the Tossed development officer, A. Michael Toroyan (“A.T.”), achieved Rookie of the Year-Company-Wide, as a commercial retail/restaurant broker for CB Richard Ellis the largest commercial real estate firm globally. He then became the Vice President of Real Estate-Legal, for a major Florida based shopping center developer and later a Managing Director of StreetView LLC, a specialty consulting firm focused on multi-unit restaurant deployment strategies. In his various positions he assisted more than 50 companies culminating in various assignments in design, development, construction and site selection, with over 300 lease or purchase transactions including the following: Texas Roadhouse, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Elevation Burger, Subway, Golden Corral, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, TGI Friday’s, Cheesecake Factory, Red Robin Burgers & Brews, Sweet Tomatoes, IHOP, and the list goes on. Suffice to say he and his team know restaurant real estate from all perspectives and are ready to assist you in all capacities, ensuring you obtain the best site with the best terms available!

Once we have secured the lease—the fun begins. There are 3 stages to our pre-opening success plan. The timeline will depend primarily on securing a location—but once that is done we estimate that it will 120 days to opening.
