TRAINING

There are 2 types of training: Franchise Partner and Team Training. We spend time with our new Franchise Partners in other operating Tossed restaurants for at least 5 days, but often 2 weeks depending on your circumstances.

Then building your team starts while your nearing completion of construction, typically 2 to 3 weeks before anticipated completion. This training is approximately 3 weeks where we train you and your team in all aspects of the operations of a Tossed restaurant. After you open, we stay behind for a week or however long it’s necessary and work with you until we’re satisfied and you’re comfortable. If you need us thereafter; it’s a Team effort, so we make ourselves available!
